Meet Candy Chris Dodd!

Chris Dodd, the son of a Senator who was one of the lead prosecutors in the Nuremburg W.W.II war crimes trials, is himself a longtime Democratic Senator from Connecticut who is known for authoring the Family and Medical Leave Act.  He ran in the 2008 race on a "platform of change." That's a very innovative idea, but I can't imagine something so unusual and creative grabbing hold of the American consciousness and propelling anyone right into the White House.  I mean, I would have advised him strongly against that idea.  Personally I hate change and I'm sure everyone else does, too!  I think he should have run on the promise of amending the Family and Medical Leave Act to include beach days!
