Candy Dione Lucas
Meet Candy Dione Lucas! Dione Lucas was a British culinary pioneer who was the first woman to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu, the first woman to have a TV cooking show, a restaurateur and cookbook author and all around pioneer of all sorts of other cooking feats like helping start the London branch of Le Cordon Bleu. She might have even invented eggs and I think she had something to do with the first grain of rice found in the Egyptian pyramids as well. One of her more unusual claims to fame was preparing stuffed squab for Adolf Hitler. Someone once told me if only they'd had my cooking back in World War II and someone could have gotten me into the kitchens to prepare my famous Crab Cheese Buns for Adolf Hitler, it would have saved everyone a lot of trouble trying to blow him up in other ways.
