All over town, everyone knows The Bicycle with the Basket, because Cindy loves it and rides it everywhere!  The Bicycle with the Basket loves Cindy, too, and loves to go out for a little exercise or a bit of shopping, because everyone waves hello!  When The Bicycle with the Basket can't go with Cindy, everyone always asks Cindy where it is, which makes it feel a lot better about staying home.  The Bicycle with the Basket is so happy it wants to ring its bell when Kitty Golightly comes for a ride with Cindy, because then it gets to wear its special basket and everyone wants to stop and admire it (and Kitty)!
