Candy Paul Prudhomme
Meet Candy Paul Prudhomme! Paul Prudhomme is a Louisiana TV chef, author of many cookbooks, and celebrated New Orleans restaurateur best known for his Cajun cuisine and love of fiery spices. He has his own line of seasoning products, too, maybe right in your own grocery store. A while back he was grazed in the arm by a bullet while cooking at a golf tournament, but luckily was fine and went right back to cooking five minutes later. That is just amazing! I was cooking at a firing range and got hit by a golf ball! Okay, you know I made that up, but give me a break, do you know how hard it is to come up with funny little anecdotes some days after you've been hit by a golf ball?
